Cost of first individual meeting

The first step is a meeting with each of you with the mediator. This is to explore what you and your family need, the best way to help, and to plan the next steps. The cost is £150 each.

These are also called MIAMs or Mediation Information & Assessment Meetings.

Cost of mediation

The cost of mediation depends on the issues involved, and how many meetings are needed. Typically you will need 3 to 5 meetings.

Cost of going to court

Going to court is considerably more expensive. Even if the issues are straightforward.
