How can I help?
I am a family mediator and committed to working with couples to find solutions following a divorce, separation, or other family problems in a non-confrontational way. I can help you to focus on constructive ways forward in financial matters and in making arrangements for children.
I can help you to work through your difficulties and to restart communication.
Experience and qualifications
I am an accredited member of the Family Mediation Council and have also been recognised as an accredited specialist of Resolution; an association of lawyers, mediators and other professionals committed to a non-confrontational approach to family disputes.
Having worked as a Family Law solicitor for more than 25 years, I am particularly aware of the benefits of mediation as a means of avoiding the high emotional and financial costs of matrimonial litigation.
My experience covers the full range of family law including complex financial matters, disputes about children, and issues with international elements.
I was a partner and the Head of the Family Team at Christian Khan solicitors, a leading human rights firm, and worked as a senior associate at the central London firm Bishop & Sewell solicitors and Docklands solicitors (now Whitehead Monckton) at Canary Wharf.
I now work as a consultant solicitor with Beyer Family Law and Ries Solicitors and Mediators – family solutions who are specialist family lawyers and mediators with international expertise.
